There was a big Jug Band Jubilee in Louisville and Henry loved the music and danced as much as he could.

Henry's Homemade Toy

Henry really likes to put items into slots or holes or places so we have tried to come up with unique little tasks for him to practice his skill.  Here is the latest invention.  A diaper box with a slot cut into it and a bunch of soy sauce packets.  He got right to work and did it for 20 minutes after dinner.

 

 

 

 

 



Henry Dancing to Numbers Rumba

Henry likes to dance when the music is right.  And Numbers Rumba is perfect to him!

 



Straw and Chopstick Coordination

After dinner one day, we gave Henry a big straw and a chop stick and showed him how to put the chopstick into the straw.  He tried for a long time and finally got it to go into the straw.  What great concentration!

 

 



First PB&J

Henry's Doctor said that Henry could try Peanut Butter and anything else that we wanted to give to him.  So, we always let him try anything and his three favorites right now are spinach tortellini with homemade tomato sauce (from the garden), Surprisingly he loves grilled shrimp or chicken, American Cheese slices, and PB&J.  Here is his first PB&J.  Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Captain

While on Cape Cod, we took Henry out on his Pop Pop's boat.  He enjoyed being a passenger, but loved pretending to be the captain even more!
